A Huge Thank You for Making the First Melton Ska Fest Incredible!

Wow. Just… wow.

We’re still catching our breath and reflecting on what was an absolutely incredible Saturday at the first-ever Melton Ska Fest. From the moment the gates opened until the last note from our headliners, Gladness rang out across the park, the energy was simply electric.

To every single one of the 1,800+ people who joined us, thank you. You are the ones who made the festival what it was. Seeing so many of you dancing, meeting new friends, and creating such a positive, unified atmosphere was the ultimate reward for us. We were so proud to see people who had travelled from all corners of the country to be here in Melton Mowbray.

A massive thank you must go to our phenomenal lineup of artists: The Dualer International, Skabratts, Tann-i Browne, Stereotype, Skankings, the AC30’s, and Gladness. You were all sensational and gave us performances we’ll never forget. And to the Bootboy Radio DJs and One Man Two Tone, thank you for keeping the party going all day long!

This event was a huge team effort, and we owe a debt of gratitude to all our partners, suppliers, and traders. From the sound and stage production to the bars and security, every single person played their part in making the day run so smoothly. Thank you all.

Looking Ahead to 2026

This was our first-ever Ska Fest, and while we’re celebrating the success, we’re also focused on the future. You spoke, and we listened. We’ve read every comment and taken on board all your valuable feedback. We recognise that amenities like additional toilets and a broader selection of food stalls are essential for the overall experience. Please be assured that plans are already underway to address these points and make Melton Ska Fest 2026 even more comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

The support from the Ska community has been truly humbling. We feel like we’ve made thousands of new friends.

Thank you once again for being part of Melton Mowbray’s biggest-ever live music day. We can't wait to do it all again with you next year.
